We either believe Scripture, or we don't.
Scripture says that the moon is the lesser light that rules the night (Genesis 1:16). The moon moves, not the earth. Our Heavenly Father is in charge of everything. Nowhere in Scripture does it say that the moon is spherical.
Satan (via NASA) wants us to believe that that we have landed on the moon. How could that even be possible if the moon is a light, and not some spherical object? We either believe Scripture, or we don't.
Satan (via NASA) wants us to believe that the earth, sun, and moon are three spherical objects floating around in so-called outer space. Does Scripture support that statement? No. Spheres, balls, and globes are three dimensional objects; a circle is clearly different Scripture speaks of the earth being a circle underneath Yah's firmament, or dome. Read Isaiah 40:22 slowly and carefully. The sun, moon, and stars are in the firmament that is above the earth. The sun, moon, and starts all move within the firmament as orchestrated by Yah.
Satan (via NASA) want us to believe that a lunar eclipse happens when the alleged three spherical objects (sun, earth, and moon) are in a line, and that the sun shining on the earth casts a shadow on the moon—the lunar eclipse. This would make sense if the the earth, sun, and moon were balls, globes, or some other kind of spherical objects—which they are not. We either believe Scripture, or we don't. If the earth is a circle on a plane with the firmament above the circle, a lunar eclipse HAS to be something else.
A solar eclipse is easy to explain. The moon gets between a person and the sun. Remember that lots of stuff is going on the the firmament that we humans don't know about. The sun is moving. The moon is moving. All the stars and constellations are moving. The earth does NOT move. The firmament (and EVERYTHING in it) are above the earth. Yet, periodically we have these phenomena called lunar eclipses.
In 1881 a book was written by Samual Birley Rowbotham aka"Parallax" entitled "Zetetic Astronomy." It is well worth a look—specifically Chapter 11. There are several historical instances where both the sun and moon were visible to observers during an eclipse of the moon. WHAT? Yes, so something else is coming up against the moon. Sun, Moon, and Stars (“Lights” or Luminaries)
Created/ordered on Day 4 (Genesis 1:14-19): “Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth.” Yah made two great lights—the greater (sun) to rule the day, the lesser (moon) to rule the night—and the stars also. He set them in the firmament to give light, rule day/night, and divide light from darkness.
Purposes are shared. They provide light on the earth. They govern time: signs, seasons (appointed times), days and years. The sun (Psalms 19:4-6 and Ecclesiastes 1:5) tells us the time of day, the moon (Psalms 104:19) tells us where we are in a month, and the stars tell us what part of the year we are in.
Our Creator knows intimately each human being that has ever lived, is living, or will live—whether we know that fact or not—and whether we consciously choose and earnestly desire to be close with Him as well, or not. It is my fervent prayer my brothers and sisters that everyone currently not sincerely choosing our Creator (and not Satan) and following our Creator's Son—our Messiah—wakes up and begins today in this very moment forever! Our Messiah is returning very soon.
