The Gregorian Calendar that governs the world today is a solar calendar and is not Yah's Calendar. It was invented (or introduced) by Pope Gregory XIII in February 1582 to correct the Julian Calendar (also which is not Yah's Calendar). Yah's Calendar uses the sun and the moon. Humans continually argue with each other about which Gregorian day of the week we are to worship our Creator—which if one thinks about this for a bit is a huge red waving flag. Satan LOVES it when humans argue, fight, and murder each other. We have to stop taking Satan's bait, and turn to our Creator about EVERYTHING—including Yah's time keeping—His Calendar. Please don't argue with me (or anyone else). Take any and all controversy to Yah and ask, seek, and knock as per Matthew 7:7.
The Julian Calandar is another solar calendar invented (introduced) by Julius Caesar in 46BC to reform a previous Roman Calendar. The Julian Calandar calendar took effect on January 1, 45BC. The term "BC" on this website means before the birth of our Messiah [(יהושע) or (𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏)] aka Yahusha. Other transliterations of our Savior's Name do exist in English, but are not used here.
Roman Calendars prior to the Gregorian and Julian (Republican and prior) were lunar, but still were not Yah's Calendar.
Yah's Calendar began at Creation in Genesis 1:1, with no mention anywhere in Scripture of any International Date Line (which was invented by humans in 1884), and in 2011 created one huge "elephant in the room" for Seventh Day Adventists who now mainly worship on the Gregorian S-a-t-u-r-d-a-y, unless they are in Samoa where Su-n-d-a-y may be the predominant day. Yah is not the author of confusion as per 1 Corinthians 14:33, humans are.thanks to Satan.
Yah's Calendar established at Creation, still exists today. To understand Yah's Calendar, we MUST ask Him (Yah) to show us in the Name of His Son. It's not about arguing with each other. We must go to Yah.
For me this was about letting go of ALL organized world religions and praying to Yah throughout each day in the Name of His Son (who died for our sins). Yah speaks to us when we honestly seek Him in the Name of His Son. Anyone who does not recognize Yah's Son (our Messiah) does NOT gain access to our Father (Yah) as per John 14:6 and Acts 4:12.
To Be Clear: No one gets to speak with Father, or gets to have everlasting life (eternal life) with Father unless they clearly acknowledge, and fully accept Father's human son who died for our sins.
Yah's Calendar was created as per Genesis 1:1 (with everything else physical) when He created the heavens and the earth.
On Day 1 to paraphrase: Yah created light and separated the light from the darkness which established the cycle of day and night. [Genesis 1:1-5.] Yah's day begins at the first of three twilights (aka dawn). The first twilight is called Civil, the second is called Nautical, and the third is called Astronomical. There are three twilights after sunset as well with the same three names. The world's day begins at midnight. Judaism's day begins at sunset. Yah's day begins at dawn, and always has.
On Day 2 to paraphrase: Yah separated the waters and created the sky. [Genesis 1:6-8.]
On Day 3 to paraphrase: Yah separated the waters to reveal dry land "earth," and gathered the waters calling them "seas." He commanded the land to produce vegetation including seedbearing plants and fruit trees. [Genesis 1:9-13.]
On Day 4 to paraphrase: Yah activated the sun, moon, and stars (which were created in Genesis 1:1) to provide light on earth and to separate day from night. [Genesis 1:14-19.] The sun, moon, and stars are for signs, seasons, days, and years.
Yah's Calendar utilizes the sun, moon, and stars for signs, seasons, days, and years. The sun tells us when each new day begins. The moon tells us what numbered day of the month it is (1-30), and which month we are in.
The Spring Vernal Equinox is the last day of Yah's Solar Year when day hours and night hours are nearly equal. It occurs in the Gregorian month named "M-a-r-c-h," after the Roman "g-o-d" "M-a-r-s." Yah's New Year's Day is the day that follows the Spring Vernal Equinox—aka New Moon Day.
1. The New Moon nearest the Spring Equinox announces Yah’s New year [+/- Gregorian March 21].
2. Additionally, there has to be ripe barley in Israel.
Yah's months within any given year (the Creation year, the current year, and all the others in between) are governed (determined) by the moon. The "new moon" conjunction is different from what Scripture calls "New Moon Day."
Scripture clearly speaks of different “types” of days in Ezekiel 46:1, and 3. Technically, there are four:
1. New Moon Day.
2. Work Days—6 consecutive work days follow every New Moon Day.
3. Rest Day Weekly (aka weekly Sabbath)—1 rest day follows 6 consceutive work days. These weekly rest times are “appointed times” aka seasons.
4. Rest Day Annual—totally explained in Leviticus 23. These annual rest times are also “appointed times” aka seasons.
Yah's pattern has been the same since Creation.
This pattern is true for the first month of Creation, the month that Noah's Flood began, the month that Noah's Flood ended, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd months of the Exodus, the month 40 years later when the Israelites entered into the Promised Land, when the walla of Jerico fell, and the month our Messiah was crucified. Only Yah's Calendar works for Yah's timeline. This may, or may not be correct. Everyone is responsible for their personal relationship with Father. I pray that the work I have been led to do blesses you and gets you closer to Yah in the Name of His human son.
Our Creator knows intimately each human being that has ever lived, is living, or will live—whether we know that fact or not—and whether we consciously choose and earnestly desire to be close with Him as well, or not. It is my fervent prayer my brothers and sisters that everyone currently not sincerely choosing our Creator (and not Satan) and following our Creator's Son—our Messiah—wakes up and begins today in this very moment forever! Our Messiah is returning very soon.
